The awareness of mental health issues in our country semakin mendapat perhatian tapi tidak kurang juga masih ada stigma terhadap mereka yang mempunyai masalah kesihatan mental. Dianggap lemah iman, tidak kuat, tidak bergantung harap kepada Tuhan, kurang solat, lembik, dan pelbagai lagi judgement lain.

The hardest thing for a patient that has been diagnosed with mental health issues are to deal with words & people perspectives. Actually, social support from peer, family, colleagues are very important for these people to stay strong. Tapi manusia tidak sentiasa bersama dengan kita. Most of the times kita bersendiri dengan diri kita. Sudah tentu, Allah ada. Namun ianya tidak semudah dengan hanya duduk bersahaja.

Since everything is at our fingertips nowadays, follow a page or profile that support mental health issues as well as provide information about it could helps in the healing process. These are the channels that I usually turn to. Mereka mengulas dan mentadabur ayat-ayat Al Quran yang berkaitan dengan mental health dan kisah-kisah sahabat/rasul yang kita boleh ambil sebagai motivasi. Selama saya mengikuti channel-channel ini, ia banyak membantu saya dari segi mindsetting, cara pandang terhadap kehidupan dan bagaimana untuk menguruskan emosi dengan mempelajari kisah-kisah daripada Al quran dan hadis. Islam tidak mengenepikan sifat-sifat manusiawi dan emosi yang ada dalam diri setiap manusia.
